New- Ostrich Sausage Ravioli.
That's right I said it, here I thought the chef had lost his mind but i had it for dinner with my family the other night and it was awesome!!!!!. 3 large homemade raviolis stuffed with a homemade ostrich sausage and four cheeses, served crispy and topped with a blood orange marinara.
Trust me.....It works
Classic-Pittsburgh Style Filet
This is done by searing the out side of the steak on a red hot griddle so it chars, while leaving the middle nice and rare!!!!! Old school and delicious :)
In the bar we are also serving filet sliders with truffle fries.
