5/4/13 Special....Dancing around the Mediterranean

Looks like Chef Richie is bouncing around the Mediterranean with this one :)

Handmade gnocchi and fresh ground Colorado lamb tossed with fresh mint and feta in a roasted red pepper, yogurt sauce.   You can almost feel that Mediterranean breeze !!!!
